Yesterday’s Mail is a fun collection of five stand alone stories that are connected in an unexpected way.
My favorite was Operation Post Haste by Chautona Havig. The story is woven together in a way that brings past into the present, and connects the characters in an unexpected way. Within minutes of starting this book, the characters quickly became some of my favorites! I love Brandie’s passion to make good decisions for her son, Dylan, and I love Dylan’s passion to protect his mom in a super unconventional way. Add this to the way in which their neighbor Rudy handles Dylan’s adventures, and it makes for a super fun story!
Sleepless in Seoul by Alana Terry was also a great read, because it made me think about the decisions we make in our life and how things might look had we made a different choice. Sleepless in Seoul is the story of one such time, when two people come face to face with their past decisions.
This is a fun and interesting collection and definitely worth reading!
